Shipping and Charging Procedure All goods are sent Post Free within the UK.Orders will be acknowledged automatically on receipt. Credit and Debit will not be debited until the goods are ready to be despatched. Transactions are through a Secure Payment system and the credit card details are encrypted. We do not have access to your credit card information. These details are not retained once a transaction is completed. If preferred we will accept orders over the phone or by post. The shop is open Monday to Saturday 9.00 to 5.30. Please make cheques payable to:R Scott & Co.Ltd. Gift Vouchers are also available for any amount.
Returns Policy We will glady exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us within 28days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their orginal packing, together with a covering letter and copy of the receipt. Customers will be charged at cost for shipping of replacement unless the goods are faulty.This does not affect your statutory rights. If in doubt please phone for advice. All queries, requests or complaints should be directed to the Managing Director Mr J Balmer who will deal with them personally.
